Stacey Butler ReportingThe 27th annual Utah Arts Festival is underway in its new location at Library Square.
Paper, glue, wire and water create some kind of a counter-rotating waterfall. There is a puppet on stilts, paint on pillows and faces, feathers in the shape of a face and so much more.
Over a thousand artists have come from all over the country to sell everything from puppets and hats to bowls with a past.
It's all a festival of art and everyone has his or her reason to love it.
Festival Attendee: "To play and have fun and get my face painted.”
The festival's first-ever short film program will be held in the Library auditorium.
Headliner performers include the likes of Grammy Award winner James Cotton and other local bands.
Attendees can find this wide array of food, artwork and live performances at the festival through Sunday.
