Taylorsville is offering a break to fugitives who have outstanding arrest warrants.

The city has had a problem with people not showing up for their court dates on misdemeanor charges.

So, starting next month an aggressive hunt will begin to find those people. But, there is a friendlier alternative.

Anyone with outstanding court matters can turn themselves in Saturday at the Taylorsville Dayzz celebration. And, all late fees and warrant costs will be waived.

Those affected can also take advantage of the deal, June 30th through July 11th at City Hall.
