Search crews headed to Juab County Saturday to look for a group of missing Boy Scouts and their leaders.

A group of scouts and leaders went camping in the Deep Creek Mountain area on Wednesday. Part of that group returned, but two leaders and four scouts went out on an extended hike.

They were supposed to return yesterday around two o'clock, but no one has heard from them. The group did have food, water, and backpacks.

The Juab County Sheriff's office and a group from Salt Lake headed to the area to search. Officials have also asked for help from the state helicopter, which has infrared heat sensing equipment.
