(Logan-AP) -- A Hyrum man accused of killing an Ogden girl and sexually assaulting three Box Elder County girls has waived three preliminary hearings as attorneys negotiate plea agreements in the cases.

Mark Jensen is charged with capital murder in the slaying of 17-year-old Jammie Richards. He is charged with rape, aggravated sexual abuse, kidnapping and attempted forcible sodomy in the cases involving three Box Elder girls.

Box Elder and Cache County sheriff's investigators arrested Jensen October 13th in Hyrum in Richards' death. Her body was found October tenth near a church parking lot just west of Fielding. She had been shot.

A plea agreement hearing in all of Jensen's cases, including the capital murder case, has been scheduled for July 14th.
