KSL News Authorities are investigating several Salt Lake County incidents involving homemade explosive devices.

During the past two days, the Salt Lake County fire-bomb squad has responded to three different incidents, all located between 9th East to 20th East, and 5200 South and 5500 South.

In two of the situations, significant collateral damage was caused to mail boxes.

Authorities believe the same people are responsible for all three incidents.

It's a second degree felony to make an explosive device.
