KSL NewsThe former finance official at Richfield Technology College today received a prison sentence. Kimble Blackburn will spend the next one to 15 years in prison for embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from the school.

State auditors noticed discrepancies in the college's accounting records and Blackburn later admitted to the scheme.

The court also ordered Blackburn to pay $424 thousand in restitution. The Richfield campus is now under the control of Snow College in Ephraim.
