(KSL News) -- Some people in Lehi are losing patience after having to boil their tap water for a week now.

A boil order is still in effect for 450 households.

And that has some tempers near the boiling point.

Dawn Anderson: "IT IS SO FRUSTRATING, SEVEN DAYS NOW EVERY DAY WE HAVE TO PACK UP AND GO TO MY MOMS TO TAKE SHOWERS AND WE CAN'T DO LAUNDRY, WE DON'T WANT TO WASH OUR CLOTHES IN DIRTY WATER."

City water crews have been flushing pipes with chlorine trying to clear the bacteria from the system.

They haven't found the source of the contamination.

Some tests this week have been negative for bacteria, but others still show contamination.

More test results are expected tomorrow.
