(KSL News) -- A car dealership in Layton had a very exciting day, with a visit from an unforgettable customer!
Monday a deer somehow made it's way to the Layton Hills Dodge, located on Main Street, and caused quite a mess for employees and store owners.
Matt Westrich, Sales Manager: "There was a deer running past the showroom. Then it decided to make a right turn. Not normally a problem, but there was a window there. He came through the window, into the showroom, into the side of one of the cars. Then took off to the upper showroom, bounces off one wall, bounces off another wall, comes out another glass window on the other showroom floor."
Employees say the deer then escaped down the street and jumped a fence.
The dealership estimates damage to cars and windows at about three-thousand dollars.
