(Salt Lake City-AP) -- It was supposed to be the Days of '47 Rodeo at the Delta Center last night. But one of the animals might have though it was the running of the bulls instead.

As the rodeo was closing last night, a bull escaped from his handlers. It ran away from the stadium and into the Gateway outdoor shopping mall. It leaped over a six-foot ledge and crushed a table outside a sushi restaurant.

Then it took to the street, where it was caught after a short chase.

Police say neither the bull nor any of the bystanders was hurt.
