(KSL News) -- Time is running out for residents who live in an Orem trailer park. The park has been sold and a developer plans to put a multi million dollar housing and retail complex in its place.
Some residents have already sold their trailers which are now being razed, but others have hired an attorney trying to fight the eviction.
Many residents can't find another trailer park to let them move to because their trailers are too old.
The developer is offering one thousand dollars to the residents to help them move and has set a 90 day deadline for residents to be moved out.
