(Salt Lake City-AP) -- Salt Lake City police say a second man sought in Friday night's fatal stabbing of a fellow transient has been arrested.

Forty-four-year-old Raymond Manning was located just after midnight yesterday in the Ogden area by Adult Probation and Parole officers.

Manning was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of the death of 40-year-old Sammy Montgomery, who was stabbed in the chest.

Thirty-seven-year-old Mark Raymond Lucero was picked up Saturday night on a tip from another transient, and was booked on unrelated misdemeanor warrants.

Police Lieutenant John Cardona said Montgomery was arguing with three men on the sidewalk near the Crossroads Urban Center before the stabbing.
