(Duchesne-AP) -- Former Utah Judge Ray Harding Junior has been arraigned on poaching charges in Duchesne County.

Harding allegedly shot a trophy moose and two elk without a license. He's charged with felony wanton destruction of wildlife.

Harding is accused of shooting the animals in October of 2001.

Last month, the former Fourth District judge finished serving a 120-day jail sentence. He had pleaded guilty to cocaine and heroin possession in a case that cost Harding his spot on the bench.
