(KSL News) -- Orem Police have identified the man killed by officers during an armed standoff yesterday.
Twenty five year old Russell Ray Clark was shot and killed by several officers, after Clark shot at and grazed an Orem officer.
Police had been negotiating with Clark after he was involved in a chase with a stolen car and crashed into a house. Clark told police he didn't want to go back to prison.
Clark's only tie to Utah is a Provo school for troubled teens, which Clark attended in high school.
