(Duchesne-AP) -- Labor Day weekend turned fatal for three motorists.

A two year old Denver girl died after the driver of the S-U-V she was in fell asleep, overcorrected, and flipped the vehicle.

22-year old Steven Lawrence Potter was killed when he was driving his pick-up outside Duchesne.

Police say he went off the road and rolled the vehicle.

35-year old Frederick James Cornpeach died after hitting a horse with his vehicle in Uintah County and driving off the road.

He was not wearing a seatbelt.

Police say all three were out of towners.

The Utah Highway Patrol says the same number of deaths were reported last Labor Day weekend.
