(KSL News) -- Searchers are now using global positioning satellites to help them look more efficiently for two hikers missing in the High Uintas.
The two women came to Utah on vacation and were last seen 10 days ago. While searchers are still holding out hope the two could be found alive, bitter cold nights are making that more and more unlikely.
Search teams have concentrated on the area around Crystal Lake.
Authorities say if the women have not been found by Sunday, the search will likely be called off.
