OGDEN -- A Bountiful man accused of groping a nurse while his girlfriend gave birth has been judged competent to stand trial.
Lawyers for Adam Manning claim he has no recollection of the incident, which allegedly happened when he came with his girlfriend to McKay-Dee Hospital in early October.
The nurse claims Manning made sexually charged comments and tried to grab her. Manning is now charged with second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse.
