(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The Jensens are headed back to Utah.

Daren and Barbara Jensen are on their way to their Sandy home with their 12-year old son Parker and his four siblings where they will release Parker's diagnosis to the public.

Parker underwent a new round of cancer tests after the family struck a deal with the state agreeing to follow whatever treatment an Idaho doctor recommended.

The family fled Utah to a family member's home in Idaho after the court ordered them to hand Parker over to state custody to receive chemotherapy for his cancer.

Parker was diagnosed in May with Ewing's sarcoma.

But the Jensens said they wanted to get a second opinion on his cancer and treatment before subjecting him to the harsh side effects of chemotherapy.
