(KSL News) The Olympic Bribery scandal takes center stage again today as the parties involved head back to court.
Today's hearing will set the schedule for the trial, which is set to begin later this month.
Tom Welch and Dave Johnson both face 15 felony charges stemming from alleged bribes given while trying to bring the 2002 games to Salt Lake.
Defense attorneys for the pair say top state leaders, including Governor Mike Leavitt, will be called to take the stand during the trial.
