(Logan-AP) -- A prescribed burn pushed back to today in Boulder Mountain near Logan is canceled.
U-S Forest Service officials canceled the burn on Tuesday and pushed it back to today.
But the weather conditions and fuel moisture levels are delaying the burn again.
Officials will re-schedule the burn anytime between Saturday and the end of October depending on weather conditions.
Officials say the burn will only happen if temperatures, humidity, wind speed, and fuel moisture factors can be safely met.
They will burn aspen stands and mountain brush in the Dip Hollow Drainage in the Boulder Mountain area to clear the way for regeneration.
The burn is expected to clear 11-hundred acres.
