(KSL News) The days of Governor Mike Leavitt in Utah are just about over.
The governor is preparing to take his place in Washington as head of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Tonight the governor will deliver his farewell address to the state at 6:30.
Then on Wednesday Leavitt will officially transfer the position of Governor to current Lt. Governor Olene Walker, making her the first woman to head the state.
