(KSL News) A 14-year-old boy charged with rape and murder of a 15-year-old girl may be moved for his safety. The teen is being held in a youth detention center.
Details were not revealed during a hearing yesterday, but there are concerns for his safety.
The boy is charged in the death of Keely Amber Hall last month.
Prosecutors want to charge him as an adult.
