BYU - Utah Food Drive
Donate for your school and help fight hunger in Utah!!
All week on the morning show we're hosting competitions between students from both schools, and part of the competition is to see which school can raise more money in a food drive.
BYU is selling promotional "Y Cards" at Smiths, Fat Cats, and Jerry's Hamburgers all this week. The cards sale for $1 and are equivalent to 17 pounds of food. Students or members of the community are encouraged to donate cans or buy the "Y cards". We will also be saling the "Y Cards" at Krispy Kreme this Friday night (Nov. 21) at 7-11 pm and Saturday morning at 8-11 am. So you BYU fans, get out and buy a lot of "Y Cards" for $1 so you can help beat hunger and beat the U of U.
If you want to help Utah beat BYU in the food drive, the University of Utah Alumni Association would like to have people drop off food at the Alumni House located east of the Union Building at 155 South Central Campus Drive. Also, there is an online donation form found at the Alumni Website...www.alumni.utah.edu
