(KSL News) -- Funeral services were held today in Sugarhouse for a Utahn killed in action in Iraq.

Full military honors accompanied the interment of Captain Nathan S. Dalley at Mountain View Memorial Estates. The 27-year old died in Baghdad from a non-hostile gunshot wound on November 17th.

Dalley graduated from West Point in 1998, and was student body president while at Brighton High. Family and friends remember his zest for life, and adventurous spirit.

He was assigned to the Army's second brigade-first armored division.
