OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- An Ogden man has been charged with felony voyeurism after police say he secretly videotaped his ex-girlfriend and published the nude photos on the Internet.
Police found a sealed dresser drawer with the knob removed in Kirt Jensen's bedroom. The video-camera filmed through the knob hole.
The various pictures were of the woman undressing or engaged in sexual activity with him before they broke up.
Police say Jensen put the pictures on the Internet after she testified against him on a domestic violence charge. After he was convicted, he called her to tell her about the Web site. The pictures surfaced on the Web in August.
Jensen's trial is set for December 23.
