SALT LAKE CITY -- More than half-a-million pacifiers are now under a recall notice.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Wednesday a voluntary recall of 641,000 "Bobby Chupete" pacifiers.
The product made in china fails to meet federal safety standards.
The government says there is a choking hazard because the pacifiers' mouth guards are too small.
No injuries have been reported, but the pacifiers should be taken away from infants.
The manufacturer is offering refunds or replacements.
