(KSL News) An out-of-control driver found himself in a tight squeeze this morning.
Lt. Chris Bertram, Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office: "He lost control of his truck, came off the roadway, left the roadway. [He] entered the parking lot at an apartment complex and actually spun around in the parking lot."
The truck stopped between an SUV and a tree, and then backed into a home at 900 West 3900 South.
He took out part of the tree, and caused minor damage to the SUV. The house also had some structural damage.
A man asleep in the apartment wasn't injured.
Officers believe alcohol and speed were factors.
