(Orem-AP) -- The first baby of 2004 was born 10 seconds after midnight.

Victoria Soleiny Lacayo was scheduled to arrive January 11. But after nearly 24-hours of labor, she was born just seconds into the New Year.

Victoria is Maurice and Yolanda Lacayo's first child. The little girl was six-pounds, eight ounces and measured 19-point-five inches long.

Utah's second baby was born in St. George to Kelby and Michelle Chadburn.

Shelby Chadburn arrived at 12:17 a-m.
