The warrant for Hill's arrest was signed by a Fifth District Court judge based on the charges that were filed last week.
The warrant requires a 100-thousand dollar cash-only bail.
Court documents allege that from July 2001 to June 2002, Hill paid himself an unauthorized amount of 46-thousand 20 dollars. The documents also allege that from July 2002 to July 2003, Hill paid himself an unauthorized amount of 107-thousand, 827 dollars.
Hill and the former town clerk were fired in July 2003.
