(KSL News) Three teenagers were thrown into the windshield of their car after they hit a parked car.

It happened near 4100 South 900 East. Salt Lake County Sheriff's deputies say no drugs or alcohol were involved. The teens were just distracted.

Sgt. John Barker, Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office: "Obviously her attention was diverted or [she] wasn't paying attention. There're no skid marks. They just drove right into the back of this parked car."

None of the people involved were wearing a seatbelt. All three teens were taken to the hospital with head injuries.
