(KSL News) -- Authorities are investigating a mine accident that killed one person in Central Utah.
The accident happened at a coal mining operation run by Andalex Resources in Carbon County, near Price.
Last night a man was driving a tractor through a mine supply yard, watering roadways. He was pulling heavy underground mining equipment. He was rearranging water trailers and collided with the a longwall shield canopy stored beside the road.
