(Logan-AP) -- The penalty phase should get under way again this afternoon for the man convicted of murdering a 15-year old Hyrum girl.

The jury was expecting to hear arguments from the prosecution this morning, but they were postponed because Cody Lynn Nielsen's father had to be taken to the hospital.

The jury found Nielsen guilty last week of kidnapping Trisha Autry in June 2000, killing her, dismembering and burying her body near a research facility where he worked.

Prosecutors are expected to ask for the death penalty. They hope to paint Nielsen as a sexual predator by calling four women to the stand who say they were sexually assaulted by Nielsen. Defense attorneys say Nielsen will likely take the stand in his own defense during the penalty phase.
