(Salt Lake City-AP) -- There will be a competency review hearing for De-Kieu Duy (Die Cue Doy) today.

De-Kieu Duy, who also goes by the name of Lisa, is accused of killing a woman during a shooting rampage at the Triad Center back in 1999 after being denied access to a KSL reporter.

AT-and-T employee Anne Sleater was fatally shot in the head. Another person was wounded.

De-Kieu Duy has undergone several years of mental treatment and has been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic.
