Two Salt Lake City-based companies, Morris Murdock Travel a full-service travel agency, and 8Fish, a full-service productions studio, have collaborated to produce a new nationally broadcast travel show titled "Xtreme Tourist." Featuring local host Ernie Harker, the first episode aired in early September.

As Xtreme Touris travels to destinations around the world, the show tries to show viewers a wide variety of activities that are available at each destination, from the tame to some seriously adrenaline-producing activities.

In many ways, Xtreme Tourist is like a living brochure.

Morris Murdock Travel and 8Fish began working on the Xtreme Tourist project over a year ago to show avid travelers that a travel agent can help even the most experienced traveler discover how to travel off the beaten path and experience some unforgettable things while on their trip.
