(KSL News) The woman accused of starving her grandmother to death will be arraigned in court this morning.
Susan Alexander is charged with elder abuse.
Last July police were called to her home when her 86-year-old grandmother died.
They say the woman weighed just 59 pounds and was extremely dehydrated-- a condition detectives claim Alexander caused.
Alexander claims she was caring for her grandmother who was in the end stages of Alzheimer's disease.
