(KSL News) -- A West Valley City man faces negligent homicide charges after his friend died from alcohol poisoning.
Shane Soares threw the party at his home last October. Investigators say 19-year old Eric Ogden passed out after he drank too much, but Soares refused to seek medical help for the teen.
Instead, Soares drove Ogden to an aunt's house where he later died.
