(Logan-AP) -- The Logan woman accused of killing her ex-husband will stand trial for capital murder.

A judge ordered Tamra Rhinehart yesterday to stand trial for the murder of her ex-husband, Logan plumber Mike Boudrero.

Rhinehart and her boyfriend, Craig Duncan Nicholls, were arrested last July after Boudrero was found shot to death in an unfinished home in North Logan.

Nicholls pleaded guilty in November to one count of capital aggravated murder in the case. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Prosecutors say Rhinehart hoped to profit from the murder by collecting on Boudrero's life insurance policy.

Rhinehart faces the death penalty if convicted.
