(KSL News) -- A Utah woman has been arrested in Arkansas and now faces possible kidnapping charges. The case involves four-year old Dylan Reedy. He was back home and playing with his toys with his mother today.
Four months ago his great-grandmother was given temporary custody, while Dylan's mom went into a drug treament program. After completing the program a judge ordered Dylan to return to his mother. That's when his great-grandmother took him out of state.
Three days ago officers located them in Arkansas. Dylan and his mom just got back from Arkansas today.
The Salt Lake County Sheriff's department will pursue kidnapping charges.
