(KSL News) -- There was a shooting Wednesday night in Midvale around 7833 S. 450 East.
According to police, a man in his twenties, knocked on a door and said he'd been shot. But, before police got there, the man was gone.
They searched the area, and found him at a nearby 7-11 store. He's in the hospital in serious condition.
Police are still trying to piece together just what happened, and are looking for a suspect.
