(Farmington-AP) -- A Farmington man is in fair condition after police say his wife dragged him with her car.
It happened just before 9:30 Sunday night.
Farmington police say 38-year-old Scott Taylor and his 37-year-old wife Wendy were intoxicated and were arguing. They say that's when Wendy Taylor got into her car and when her husband tried to stop her from driving, she accelerated, catching him underneath the car and dragging him for about 70-feet.
He was flown to the University of Utah Medical Center with a broken back.
Wendy Taylor turned herself in to police Monday. She's in the Davis County Jail facing felony charges of domestic violence, aggravated assault and a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an injury accident.
The couple's three children are their paternal grandparents' custody.
