(KSL News) -- A substitute teacher faces several sex-related charges involving one of his students.
25-year old Jeremy Penrose is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse of a child, as well as two misdemeanors.
Penrose substituted at Magna's Matheson Jr. High on January 14th. He's accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year old student twice in the same day during class,
Penrose also allegedly used vulgarities, talked about sex, and played an R-rated movie in class.
