Sgt. Matt Elson/ West Valley Police Department: "We've gone through the business and collected various pieces of evidence for our case, and we'll be going ahead and considering all the evidence for possible criminal charges."

Police seized 20 gaming machines. No arrests were made during the search and police have not filed any charges.
