(KSL News) -- Police have identified the man who was found stuffed in a garbage can in Murray. They say 24-year-old Michael Lewis was murdered.
Lewis was from the Salt Lake area and was arrested five years ago for drug possession.
Neighbors discovered the body yesterday in the basement of a vacant house. Detectives have now found the owner and are working with him in the investigation.
Police are also asking for the public's help. If you have any information on this man, or have seen him recently, call police.
