(Salt Lake City-AP) -- Utah Power is finished paying up after a huge snowstorm in December that left thousands without power.

The final tally was nearly two (m) million dollars.

Utah Power says more than 13-thousand 800 customers applied for the "goodwill credit" that showed up on their bills in February.

Customers had to call in to claim the credit before February 26.

Utah Power says 43 percent of customers who claimed credit received a 100 dollar credit for outages between 48 and 71 hours. About 26 percent them claimed a 150 dollar credit for an outage of 72 to 95 hours and 16 percent claimed a 200 dollar credit for an outage of more than 96 hours.

The utility plans to release the results of the inquiry into their response to the storm sometime next month.
