(Pleasant Grove-AP) -- The man accused of shooting his boss to death at the Provo River Water Users Association will undergo a mental evaluation.
A judge ordered Louis Darrell Kinyon to undergo the evaluation yesterday.
Kinyon is charged with capital murder in the death of 36-year-old Kent Neil Griffith.
Police say the 49-year-old became enraged after a meeting with his managers February 2 and left the association. Police say Kinyon returned with a gun, shot Griffith, then turned the gun on himself.
Kinyon is also charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated assault, both felonies.
A competency review hearing was set for April 21.
