(Nephi-AP) -- Another small earthquake rumbled near the town of Nephi this morning, where two others were reported yesterday.
The University of Utah Seismograph Stations report a magnitude three-point-zero earthquake shook central Utah at 7:23 a-m.
The epicenter was located five miles southwest of Nephi and in the same area as a three-point-three magnitude earthquake that was reported yesterday morning.
Seismologists say another magnitude three-point-zero earthquake occurred in the same area last night and that it's part of a series of small earthquakes that began March 10.
They say this occurrence is NOT unusual and a similar sequence of earthquakes occurred in the same area last December.
No damage or injuries have been reported.
