(KSL News) -- The post office feels your pain when it comes to having to heave packages to a shipping station.

A new click and ship service lets you pay with a credit card online, and brings a postman to your home to pick up the package.

The post office admits it's playing catch-up with technology.

Debbie Miller, U.S. Postal Service: "It's all about options. Technology is our biggest competitor so we just decided to embrace it."
