For several years the Salt Lake Chamber has led the business community in the drive for bold health reform. With the support of the legislature we've made significant progress.

The Salt Lake Chamber, United Way of Salt Lake and MediaOne present the Utah Health Forum, November 4th at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

While Utah's health care is the envy of the nation, the cost has become unaffordable for businesses and families. The Utah Health Forum is designed to increase awareness of what we've accomplished and set the stage for the next big steps.

Business leaders, government officials and members of the general public come together to build on the momentum for health system reform and discuss the rising costs of the health care, the impact on businesses, the renewed focus on prevention, and creating a simple and efficient system.

Please join us on November 4th at the Salt Palace. Registration for the event is $35, which includes meals and participant packets. For more information go to slchamber.com. That's slchamber.com. This is Lane Beattie for KSL News Radio.
