(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The woman charged with murder for refusing a Caesarean Section that prosecutors say would have saved the life of one of her twins will be in a Salt Lake City court this morning.

Melissa Ann Rowland is expected to enter a plea to the murder charge. The 28-year-old waived her right to a preliminary hearing earlier this week.

Rowland is charged with murder in the stillborn death of her baby boy. Prosecutors say Rowland refused a C-Section which resulted in the baby's death just days before she gave birth.

The other child survived and tested positive for cocaine and alcohol in her system. She has since been adopted.
