(Centerville-AP) -- A former Deseret Industries employee is in the Davis County Jail accused of molesting a four-year-old in the facility's restroom.

Centerville police arrested and booked 20-year-old Justin Del Morrison into jail Friday.

Police say a four-year-old boy went into a restroom at the L-D-S-owned thrift store on April 6 while his mother waited for him outside. Police say the woman became concerned when he didn't come out, so she entered the restroom and saw an adult in the stall with him.

The suspect fled before the woman could confront him. Police say the boy told his mother he was sexually assaulted and surveillance tapes and employees identified the suspect as the former employee.

If convicted, Morrison could face up to 15 years-to-life in the Utah State Prison.
