SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Judicial Conduct Commission did not sanction any Utah judges during the fiscal year that ended in June.
The commission investigates complaints against Utah state judges and deals with disciplinary matters.
In its annual report the commission announced that it received 85 complaints about judges in the Utah court system and of those, 74 were investigated and dismissed. Eleven are still under review.
Four dozen of the complaints were about district courts, 20 were about justice courts, 12 were about juvenile court, four were about pro tempore courts and one was about the Utah Supreme Court and named all five justices.
